Yeah, not much else to say on the matter. Let's just say life has taken a complete 180, and right now I am just doing all I can to just go with it. Just trying to see where things take me, and hoping that whatever happens is better than things are right now.

It is kind of funny how often life turns things completely around on you. Life is one big adventure, and I am just trying to make the best of everything that gets thrown my way. So here is to what I think is the start of a new adventure. Wish me luck!

So I really want to do some kind of a photo shoot like this. Anyone in Utah want to help out with this. Obviously I have my own take on it, but it would be something like this. Literally anyone! Emma! I know you would be fantastic for this!

I know that I haven't exactly been into photography for a long time. I didn't really get into until I started college. I only know the basics when it comes to actually working my camera, I have NO idea how to edit, and I don't think a "photo shoot" has ever gone how I had envisioned it, but no matter how many complications I have, I just can't seem to give it up. I live for this stuff. I love going in with one idea, and coming out with pictures that are completely different, but somehow, better than I ever could have imagined in my head.

I have absolutely no idea where I was even going with this, but all I know is that I just want to keep taking pictures.

Sooo ladies, help me! Or gentlemen. Both are great. A living, breathing human is all I need.

Paris: Part Two

Tuesday, August 20, 2013

Here are just a few more pictures to add to the Paris photo collection. This is not all, but this is all I had the energy to edit at the moment. Sorry that so many of these are random snapshots, and don't really make sense. I promise these are from Paris!

Paris: Part One

Saturday, August 17, 2013

I realized that I have about a billion pictures of Paris, so I need to split it into parts. Paris is just incredible. Out of the three places I went it was probably my least favorite, but there is just something magical about Paris. You just can't help but fall in love with it, although I think that France's countryside would have been more my taste. Paris is just completely overwhelming, so I think I had a hard time taking it all in.

Well enough of that. Here are some pictures.
I thought this skate ramp on the side of the Sienne river was the coolest thing! I wanted to go try it out so badly.
"look at the sky"
The Notre Dame Cathedral is by far the most incredible piece of architecture I have ever seen with my own two eyes. I literally got chills when I saw it for the first time. It is just extraordinary.

Have any of you lovelies ever been to Paris? What did you think?

Three Things

Wednesday, August 14, 2013

Have you guys seen this video?? I just love it. I think people see "celebrities" as these people that are on a higher level than the rest of the world. The thing is, we put them there. When it comes down to it, everyone is human. We are equal. It is nice to see someone that a lot of people admire take the time to say that, and to remind everyone how things really are. I just like it. What do you guys think?

London: Harry Potter Edition

Sunday, August 11, 2013

So while in London, my friend and I made the wonderful choice of visiting the Warner Bros Studio to tour the real life Harry Potter set. Yes, lovelies. The REAL LIFE Harry Potter set. To say we were stoked out of our minds would be and understatement.

It was a bit of a wild ride getting to the studio complete with getting on the wrong time, missing our time spot by almost an hour, and realizing we had bought tickets for the next day. Yeah, ask if we were going to be in London the next day. Yeah, that would be a NO! However, due to a lot of positive thinking, fingers crossed, and praying on my part, we were lucky enough to get permission to go ahead and attend the FULL tour happening that day. It may or may not have had something to do with the fact that my friend almost started crying. I guess we will never know for sure. All that mattered was we were in!

I don't know if I have ever felt like I did walking through that studio. I seriously felt like a child. An excited five year old who has just gone to Disneyland for the first time. Please say you know that feeling? Or just going to Disneyland in general. I still have the same reaction. The one were you just want to skip around everywhere, can't keep a ridiculous grin off your face, and for some reason you feel like singing. Yeah... that was me. No big deal or anything.

Well I guess now is where I show you some of the pictures I took while exploring through the world of Harry Potter. These might be the most touristy picture I have EVER taken in my life, so I apologize in advance.
Basically this whole tour is self-guided. You get to just kind of wander around, and do your own thing. Nothing is really in any particular order except at the end. They save the best for last. The very last room you walk into is the one that brought tears to my eyes. I am not even joking here people. I actually got teary-eyed, and they were real life tears. The whole thing is just completely surreal. You walk into a room that is dimly lit, and the Harry Potter score is playing. There is no way to miss it. Right in front of your eyes is the real life Hogwarts. Like for real, who wouldn't get teary-eyed, ok?! It seriously was just unreal. I can't even describe it, and the picture don't do it justice.
Overall, my experience in London is one I will NEVER forget! Next up... PARIS!
